Tanzania, during the dry season of January- February sees little to no rainfall. So, best to pack some jackets.
For the wet seasons of March, you must pack May heavy jackets, scarves, and safari boots.
But if you’re planning Tanzania Safari Holidays during the dry seasons of June to October, there will be a lot of humidity. So our advice is to pack some light clothes.
Overall, long sleeve shirts and trousers are your best friend. It is not only perfect for colder nights but also serves well to avoid mosquitoes

After breakfast we continue the descent down to the Mweka Park Gate to receive your summit certificates. At lower elevations, it can be wet and muddy. Gaiters and trekking poles will help. Shorts and t-shirts will probably be plenty to wear (keep rain gear and warmer clothing handy). Our vehicle will be waiting for you at Mweka gate to drive you back to your hotel in Moshi (around 60 minutes). Elevation: 3950m/12,959ft to 1680m/5500ft Distance: 10km/6mi Hiking Time: 3-4 hours Habitat: Forest Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, a steady descent takes us down through moorland to the Mandara Hut. Continue descending through lush forest path to the National Park gate at Marangu.
